1. Protocol Acceptance
By accessing or using the Vitals Trademark infrastructure, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, or any service syncs provided by Vitals Trademark, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these protocols, you may not oscillate our services.
2. Service Infrastructure
Vitals Trademark offers automated software and administrative assistance for the prep-assembly and transmission of trademark and copyright artifact applications.

3. Node Fees
All service sync fees paid to Vitals Trademark are separate from government transmission fees (e.g., USPTO fees). You are responsible for all government nodes associated with your application.
4. User Logic
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the telemetry provided to us. Vitals Trademark does not verify the truthfulness of your 'In-Use' or 'Intent-to-Use' claims.
